Booking appointments
Jessica Helen Beauty operates by appointments only, these go on a first come, first served basis.

Please be aware that if you are booking via email, I cannot always guarantee times offered are still available by the time you confirm, so I advise you to make your appointment by using my online booking system.
For all appointments you will be required to add your card details to my online booking system to confirm your booking. Please be aware that by adding your card details to confirm your appointment you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.
Arriving at the salon
If this is your first appointment at Jessica Helen Beauty, then please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow plenty of time to fill out the compulsory new client consultation form.
I will always do my best to accommodate late arrivals (within 10 minutes after your appointment) by performing as much of the treatment as possible within the time remaining. (Does not include brow appointments or treatments that are 15 minutes long). All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge of the treatment value will be applied.
Unfortunately, arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment and my cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me then you can do so by using my online booking system up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to cancel/reschedule online, please contact me at least 48 hours before your appointment.
You can cancel/reschedule your appointment for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment value for a late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
Please be aware that by adding your card details to confirm your appointment you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. However, treatments may be swapped with notice. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended past the expiry date. They can be purchased for any value or treatment, and they are redeemable against all treatments. You must bring your voucher to your appointment.
Refunds
I do not offer refunds for any completed services. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact me withing 48 hours of your treatment. I will try my utmost to resolve any problems within this time frame.
Patch tests
Some treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours before the treatment can be carried out. This is compulsory, even if you have had the treatment done at another salon. I will be unable to carry out the treatment if you have not had a patch test with me. I will not accept a signed declaration as a substitute for a patch test.
All clients will be made aware at the time of booking that the treatment they are booking requires a patch test. All treatments requiring one are clearly stated on the online booking system. If I notice that you have not been for your patch test, despite me reminding you, then your appointment may be cancelled to allow for other bookings. So please ensure that you respond to any voicemails or emails as soon as possible.
If you haven’t been to me in 6 months or longer than you will require a new patch test before your appointment.
Payments
Payment can be taken in the form of card, cash or bank transfer.
Price alterations
I reserve the right to alter prices at any time but will let you know in advance if any changes are made.
Phones
Whilst you are visiting the salon, I politely ask that your phone is put onto silent. During treatments, please refrain from using your phone or asking me to unlock your phone and read messages to you, this adds on time to your appointment and may cause me to over-run.
Medical conditions
Please inform me of any medical issues (including pregnancy) or if you are on any medication such as isotretinoin (Roaccutane) prior to your appointment.
Agreement
You are responsible for reading all the terms and conditions and information prior to your appointment. Adding your card details to confirm your booking is taken as acceptance of my terms and conditions.
